Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper released his (months in the making) Economic Plan for Colorado this past week.

It’s called “Colorado Blueprint”.   Unlike other news outlets that just wrote about the plan – the ECT happy to provide you with an online link to that plan – all 79 pages (Click Here).  After all the ECT writes for the folks who think for their living – so the ECT knows you’d like to take a look at – what others just talk/write about.
