  1. One, the Feds should be legalizing it first-and monitoring it, as with any recreational drug use. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

    I guess the serious question is this. You all sure you all want your children exposed to this second-hand smoke? Especially during young brain development? Alcohol doesn’t float in the air for a second-hand high…

  2. First a sincere thank you Van Gogh! Second-I have been for legalizing this for years. I just think it should have been Federal on down. Not trickle on up.

    But-how do you handle second hand smoke there? Especially in apartments?
